Folks- From my plan last night, GEO had another good day at one point rising as much as 15%+ to $8.35 before settling the day near $8. On the S&P500 side: My main expectation was as long as we remained below 4300 , we could trade down into 4250. The overnight high was 4300 and in cash session we tried trading up to 4300, failed at 4298 and traded down almost half way into this target at 4278.

I simply do not see how increases in corporate taxes, more IRS agents with boots on the ground, government spending gone wild, inflation run a muck, across the board supply issue, the list goes on… being supportive of equities. But here we are going now where but up up up…
Tic, found an interesting insight in your Tic Top.. Using fib from Nov high to June low, we took 50% retracement on monday, bounced off this level to the dollar today. It won't let me post chart but would appear there's algos on it. Appreciate your insights.
Hi Tic, first of all thank you for all your work. Been following you on Twitter and here now for over a year and have learned a ton! How do you see the inflation reduction act effecting EV stocks since there is a $7500 rebate in the act? Is this already baked into prices like $TSLA?
Tic, on Twitter you said you know which scenario will be in play only at open. When you say open, do you mean 8:30 Chicago session on the dot? 15-30 mins in? Or does it vary?

Typically I would think this is a sell the news event but this is major legislation passing which will increase investments and revenue in the renewable energy sector.
I follow a currency trader who says Japan is holding the market up. All kinds of swaps with Canada causing vix suppression. Was wondering your thoughts. Makes sense since nothing else does (stonks only go up). You have major cajones in this market. glad to be here.
